TEMPLE SPACE RENTAL

Rental Rates & Collaboration Options

Hourly Rental

​

• Rate -$45 per hour - Minimum Booking:  2 hours per day

• Rental Period - Begins the moment you enter the space and ends when you lock the door upon departure.

• Each renter receives a unique electronic door code to track entry and departure times.

• Any time beyond your reserved hours will be charged at $45 per hour.

Please include all setup, event, and cleanup time when calculating your rental hours and completing your reservation form.

​

Full-Day Rental

​​

​

• Rate: $400 for up to 9 hours

• Additional Hours: $45 per hour beyond the 9-hour rental period.

• Rental Period: Includes all setup, event, and cleanup time.

​

Space Rental vs. Collaboration

Standard rental fees cover the use of the Temple space only.

With a standard hourly or full-day rental, renters are independently responsible for:

​

• Event planning, organization, and coordination.

• Creating, printing, and distributing promotional materials and flyers.

• Marketing, advertising, and community outreach.

• Setting up and preparing the space for their offering.

• Cleaning, breaking down, and restoring the space after the event.

​​

Temple of Integration is not responsible for event promotion, hosting, setup, or cleanup under a standard rental agreement. Any promotional support or assistance is offered solely at the Temple's discretion unless otherwise agreed upon.

Reservations & Payment

​

• Full payment is required to secure and confirm your reservation.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Venmo or Zelle.

• Cash or check may be accepted in certain circumstances by prior arrangement.

​

Collaboration Model:

​

50/50 revenue-sharing collaboration options are available by prior agreement only. For offerings that align with the Temple's vision and community, a collaborative partnership may include:

​

• Promotion & Visibility: Sharing your offering through Temple of Integration's community networks, newsletters, social media, and outreach channels.

• Flyer & Marketing Support: Assistance with printing flyers, distributing promotional materials, and spreading the word.

• Community Outreach: Helping connect your offering with a wider audience through the Temple's established community.

• Space Preparation & Event Support: Personal assistance with preparing the space, arranging the setting, and supporting event logistics as mutually agreed upon.

• Shared Hosting & Collaboration: Working together to create a welcoming, cohesive, and meaningful experience for participants.​

Collaboration is distinct from a standard space rental. The level of promotional, logistical, and personal support, along with the agreed revenue-sharing percentage, will be determined together in advance.

Cancellation Policy

​

• More than 14 days before your event: A 50% refund will be issued.

• Less than 14 days before your event: Rental fees are non-refundable.

• Exceptional Circumstances: A credit toward a future rental may be considered upon direct discussion with Tutku.

Capacity & Layout Options

​

Temple of Integration comfortably accommodates a variety of gatherings, depending on the nature of your offering and the space required.

​

• Concerts & Lecture-Style Gatherings: Approximately 50–55 guests, with chairs arranged in rows.

• Circle-Based Workshops: Approximately 35 participants, allowing space for backjacks, chairs, notebooks, and light props.

• Movement, Yoga & Embodiment Practices: Up to 20 participants, with yoga mats, bolsters, and full prop sets to ensure ease, flow, and comfort.

Capacity may vary depending on your preferred layout and the needs of your gathering.

​

​

Use of Space & Community Agreements

The Temple is a shared sanctuary. We kindly ask all renters to honor the space, its community, and the practices held within it with care and respect.

​

• Agreed-Upon Use: The space may only be used for the purpose outlined and approved in your rental agreement.

• Substance-Free Environment: Alcohol, smoking, psychoactive substances, and psychedelic substances are not permitted within the Temple.

• Community Values: All gatherings must align with the Temple's values of inclusivity, mutual respect, mindfulness, and community care.

Cleanliness & Care

​

We ask that every renter take responsibility for leaving the Temple in a beautiful and welcoming condition for those who follow.

​

• Please leave the space as you found it, or better.

• Return the studio to a clean, tidy, and empty condition after your rental.

• All personal belongings, decorations, and event materials must be removed.

• Cleaning Fee: An additional $75 cleaning fee will apply if the space is not properly cleaned.

• Cleaning supplies and a detailed cleaning protocol are provided onsite.

Incense & Scents

To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone who shares the Temple:

​

• Only the light incense provided by the Temple may be used.

• Please do not bring outside incense, strong fragrances, or scented products.

• Camphor and other strong, lingering scents are not permitted.

​

The Temple has limited ventilation, and strong scents may remain in the space and affect subsequent classes or gatherings.

​

Setup & Cleanup Timing

​

• Rental hours include setup, event time, and cleanup.

• If no other gatherings are scheduled immediately before or after your rental, additional setup or cleanup time may be offered at no extra charge, subject to availability and prior agreement.

• Please be aware that other events may be added to the Temple calendar with as little as 72 hours' notice.

• Any complimentary additional time is therefore not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

We appreciate your flexibility and consideration in helping maintain a harmonious schedule for everyone sharing the space.

​

Temple Steward Access & Presence

​

Temple stewards are the primary caretakers and users of the space.

​

• Timely Departure: Even when no other event is scheduled, we kindly ask renters to depart at their agreed-upon time, as Temple stewards may require access.

• Steward Attendance: Temple stewards, including Tutku, may attend one event by mutual agreement.

• Reciprocal Participation: When mutually aligned, stewards may participate fully in an offering through a reciprocal exchange of services, teachings, or event participation.

• ​

These arrangements are always discussed in advance with respect for the nature of each gathering.

​

Liability & Insurance

​

• Renter Responsibility: Renters assume full responsibility for damages, injuries, or incidents occurring during their rental period.

• Liability Insurance: Depending on the nature of your event or activities, proof of liability insurance may be required before your reservation is confirmed.

• Renters are expected to ensure the safety and well-being of their participants and the appropriate use of the space and its furnishings.

More than a rental space, Temple of Integration is a living sanctuary of presence, care, creativity, and transformation.
