1 : 1 MENTORSHIP / MIRRORSHIP JOURNEYS

untitled-22.jpg

Soma Shama (Somatic Shamanics) mentorship journeys are high-touch transformational containers designed for those who feel called to deeper, sustained inner work. Spanning three to nine months, these pathways offer a personalized and co-creative process that weaves somatic psychotherapy, life integration, creativity, movement practices, mentorship, ritual , 1:1 private plant medicine ceremonies into a cohesive transformational arc.

Together, we listen closely to the language of the body and tend to what is ready to transform, allowing your natural genius, essence, creativity, and service to take their most luminous place in your life. Each container isuniquely crafted and includes ongoing guidance between sessions, accountability support, and a personalized one-on-one ceremony created specifically for your process.

These immersive Soma Shama journeys may also include ongoing personal check-ins, music and voice exploration, nourishment guidance, altar creation, work with plant allies, guide work, shadow integration, and, when offered in person, Mindful Structural Integration bodywork. Themes are intentionally tracked and developed over time, allowing the work to unfold with continuity, depth, and sustained support as a true mentorship and mirror-ship experience.

My private practice weaves together Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, a mindfulness based, experiential approach that gently reveals how unconscious beliefs shape present experience, with Innate Somatic Intelligence™ Trauma Therapy (ISITTA), a somatic integrative modality rooted in the understanding that the body holds an innate capacity for healing. Through felt sense awareness, movement, and attuned guidance, we support the safe release and integration of trauma while awakening inner wisdom.

Grounded in nearly twenty years of body based therapeutic practice including yoga, meditation, ritual, and ceremonial work, each session is guided by the intelligence of the nervous system. We listen to the body as a living oracle, allowing regulation, coherence, and wholeness to emerge organically. My signature QiTanYo Method blends Qigong and Tantra Yoga Therapy with ceremony, elemental awareness, and ritual, and may be woven together with mindful shadow integration and Structural Integration bodywork during in person sessions when appropriate.

These immersive SOMA · SHAMA containers are uniquely crafted and may include ongoing personal check ins, one on one ceremonial work, music and voice exploration, nourishment guidance, altar creation, work with plant allies, guide work, shadow integration, and mindful structural integration bodywork for in person journeys. I also offer 10 session commitments as well as mentorship pathways spanning 3, 6, and 9 months. Sessions are equally potent whether held virtually or in person.

If you feel called, I invite you to book a complimentary 30 minute consultation. Each offering is an invitation to remember and reveal the sacred architecture of your own being. Together, we listen closely to what is ready to transform so that your natural genius, essence, and creative life force may come forward with clarity, integrity, and radiance.

We honor that the Temple of Integration stands on the ancestral and unceded homelands of the Nisenan people, who have stewarded this land with deep wisdom, care, and reverence for generations, and we pay respect to their enduring presence past, present, and future while acknowledging the ongoing history of displacement and erasure; may this space be one of remembrance, respect, and right relationship with the original peoples of this land, living hand in hand and heart to heart in community today.
