Welcome Beloveds,

I’m so grateful you’ve found your way to this sanctuary.

May it offer you something nourishing, something that rings deeply true to your heart & soul.

May these words stir something true in you.

Temple of Integration is an online and in-person boutique soul sanctuary dreamed into being as a living, breathing vision. Born from a deep longing for wholeness, communion for integration. A sanctuary where the sacred is found in the simple moments of our lives, infused into every breath, every act of devotion.

Integration is our every day walk here.

Take a breath, you’ve arrived…

August at the Temple | The Lion’s Courage Roars

Welcome to August, the month I’ve come to call The Lion’s Courage Roars. It’s my birthday month, and as it often does, it arrives with a tender sweet essence. The Joy of celebration of my life and the sobering truth for the grit & bravery it takes to be a human with truly loving human qualities these days on our planet.

August is a portal. A threshold to pause, feel, and reflect for me. To lean into the lion’s heart.  To that Bravery in spite of fear.

Courage isn’t about the absence of fear.

It’s about making the move with deep breath, trembling hands, with wild hope & prayers that rise from the belly of our hearts.

To choose truth over comfort.

Here we are. Breathing. Loving. Serving.

Creating beauty where we can, amidst the paradox of it all.

We are in times that dare us to show up raw and real. Where the heart must stretch to hold this paradox. Where our inner archetypes of light and shadow swirl vividly before us, on this massive stage of our planet , asking to be met.

Nature does not judge us. She simply is.

Vast, breathing, eternal. While her rivers still flow and her soil remains generous, the war we are in is not hers.

It’s within our own minds, hearts, forged from hunger and greed, birthing heartbreak after heartbreak.

How have we become so volatile, so blind, that we allow children to starve while the Earth overflows with abundance in her nature? When did we begin turning away from each other, feeding the illusion that there will never be enough?

In the quiet corners of our minds, in the still chambers of our hearts, there is a space that knows how to whisper: enough. Enough forgetting. Enough harm. Enough righteousness without love.

This life is fragile, fleeting. And still we cling to masks, titles, identities, while the Earth groans and the children starve.

The real war is not out there. It lives in our minds, egos, in our subtle choices, in the way we withhold or open, in the stories we feed. I am no exception at times to contribute to this madness.

But even amidst this ache, there is a pulse of longing inside us a sacred desire to remember who we are beneath it all.

To return to tenderness. To reclaim what is true.

And in the end, perhaps it’s not power we’ve been seeking at all but love. Fierce, humble, undeniable love.

We are standing at a precipice. Collectively and Personally.

So much is unraveling, so much is being revealed. In the face of it all, I return again and again to the medicine of integration, medicine of stillness. Medicine of presence.

Integration, after all, is the sacred alchemy of presence.

It’s how we metabolize the mystery. Then making choices that can elevate our life, together.

Longing, the Sufis say, is one of the highest forms of awakening for the soul. I believe that with every thread of my being. Longing is the ache that reminds us we are more than our wounds. It pulls us toward what is sacred, even when we feel lost. It teaches us that within our hunger lives the seed of remembrance.

So I ask you, beloved ,

What does your aching whisper want to reveal to you?

What do you long to nourish?

What stories are you ready to stop feeding?

What seeds are you planting with your attention, your love, your breath?

I offer this reflection as an invitation.

A call to come closer, to your own heart, to one another, to the sacred aliveness pulsing beneath the noise.

So This August, we gather. We pray. We celebrate. We breathe life into the lion-hearted medicine that lives within each of us.

Forgiveness in spite of it all, is our sacred act of rebellion.

Temple of Integration is not just a space, it’s a living altar of our shared becoming. A living prayer for the world, the humanity, the planet we long to belong to.

If you feel the call to walk this path alongside with me, explore our offerings below, reach out for a private session, or a collaboration. Let this be a place where your longing transforms into belonging.

Where your practices become your prayer.

Where your life becomes the living altar.

Thank you for being here.

With devotion, longing & lion-hearted roars,

Tutku,

Temple of Integration

We honor that the Temple of Integration stands on the ancestral and unceded homelands of the Nisenan people, who have stewarded this land with deep wisdom, care, and reverence for generations, and we pay respect to their enduring presence past, present, and future while acknowledging the ongoing history of displacement and erasure; may this space be one of remembrance, respect, and right relationship with the original peoples of this land, living hand in hand and heart to heart in community today.
