Choosing the Reality We Would Prefer

Temple of Integration welcomes you to Spring Sing.
This month, we can really feel that the energies are moving. You can feel it, a deeper frequency humming beneath the surface. For some of us, we are already in it. A new direction is forming. A door is opening. And for some, this is a time to rest and tend to the seeds.
There is a lot of upheaval happening in our world right now. And one of the reasons for this is to invite us to choose the kind of world we want to create, not only to choose, but to take action as this is literary how we birth new realities.
The unnerving things we are witnessing on this planet and in our humanity are guiding us to ask: What kind of Earth do we choose to live in?
And what kind of people do we choose to be ?
There is a knowing within us. We are already sensing it.
Let this month be where what has been germinating begins to take root, or where you allow yourself to rest into what is most important for you to express and bring forward, in support of yourself and others. It is also important to name that there is deep exhaustion in the pace of this rapidly changing world. What we are experiencing is real, a kind of change fatigue. There has been so much to feel, to witness, to process, heartbreak, injustice, shock. At times, it can feel like there is nothing left to give. And it is okay to pause. To breathe. To be with yourself.
Return to your simple practices. Draw inward. Let yourself catch up. Honor your cycles so you can show up from a more authentic place.
The restlessness, the agitation, the anger, allow your body, your soma, to move. These are part of the integration.
But most of all, tend to your own temple.
This is the Temple of Integration, a space of coming home to the body.
Acceptance does not mean passivity. It means not arguing with reality, while still staying engaged with what matters.
We are invited to ask, what is within my power?
The most immediate place we have access to is within, the internal divisions, the internal conflicts. Where are the deeper shadows? Can we meet them honestly, face them, and move from that place?
This is where the work begins.
As we make peace with our reality, we become clearer, more grounded, and more capable of meaningful action. From that place, we can begin to support change in the world, in ways that are real, embodied, and aligned.
What we focus on grows. If we only focus on what is not working, we feed it. Instead, we are invited to find where things are working and nourish those spaces.
The overwhelm of the world is real. It is okay to step back when needed.
Ask yourself:
What am I creating in this space?
This is a time to reconnect with nature, with the body, with the deeper intelligence that lives within and around us. We are being asked to soften into compassion, for ourselves and for the world, and to show up in new ways, in new roles, with clarity and intention.
Here at Temple of Integration, we offer spaces, practices, and gatherings to support you through this time.
Thank you being here.
With love,
Tutku &
