Tending the gold within with refinement, patience..

May 6
2 min read

We step into this month under the light of a powerful full moon, a mirror in the sky asking us to pause… to notice… to refine. Not everything is meant to bloom all at once. Some things are still becoming gold in the fire.

April carries a gentle but clear invitation to build with care

to refine what is already in motion

to trust the timing of completion without rushing it.

There is a patience here. A quiet strength. A more graceful, diplomatic way of moving through life, even when everything around us feels uncertain.

And let's be honest…our world is not pretending to be stable right now.

There are wars, grief, division, and real human suffering unfolding across the globe. At the same time, there is undeniable beauty… people showing up for each other, communities forming, hearts opening in ways we didn't think possible.

We are living in a time where many timelines seem to be splitting… truths revealing themselves in layers… and it can feel disorienting.

So what do we do?

We return to what we know works.

The practices that nourish your body, regulate your nervous system, and bring you back into relationship with life.

This is not the time to abandon your tools

this is the time to use all of them

And let me say this clearly:

You are already enough.

There is no pressure to show up as anything other than exactly who you are right now.

Keep sharing your life.

Keep sharing your work.

Keep showing up in the ways that feel true.

It matters more than you think.

It reminds me that even in uncertainty, there is still a thread to follow. A quiet yes inside the body. And in a world that often pulls us into fear, one of the greatest contributions we can make right now is this:

to tend to our inner state

to cultivate a healthy, grounded frequency

to stay connected to what is real, nourishing, and life-giving

Because when we are regulated, present, and open-hearted, we become far more capable of showing up for others, for our communities, and for the world.

This month is already blooming with powerful gatherings, and our intimate space means seats move quickly. We are a boutique sanctuary, hosting limited-capacity experiences designed for depth, presence, and real connection.

If something calls to you, trust that. Claim your place early.

These offerings are crafted with care and are already filling. Early registration is highly encouraged as capacity is limited.

If you are feeling the call for support, for connection, or simply to be in a space where you don't have to hold it all alone…

You are always welcome here.

The Temple continues to open its doors with gatherings, practices, and offerings designed to bring us back into ourselves and into each other. Spaces where you can breathe, move, feel, and remember. Come as you are. Truly.

Explore the offerings through the link below, and join us in this unfolding.

With so much love, and steady faith in the beauty that is still becoming,

With love,

Tutku & Temple of Integration

We honor that the Temple of Integration stands on the ancestral and unceded homelands of the Nisenan people, who have stewarded this land with deep wisdom, care, and reverence for generations, and we pay respect to their enduring presence past, present, and future while acknowledging the ongoing history of displacement and erasure; may this space be one of remembrance, respect, and right relationship with the original peoples of this land, living hand in hand and heart to heart in community today.
