Sacred Reciprocity :: Spirit of Giving & Receiving & Gratitude

Beloveds, 

December arrives with an invitation for a more connected way of being in our whole systems both within and all around us.  

A powerful 2026 feel is already here, calling us forward through sensation, vision, and intuition, asking us to shift our attention from the past toward the forward future that we are co-creating, together. 

With this rise, identities change, relationships rearrange, and old versions of ourselves shed like old skin; our only choice is whether we block the expansion or allow it. Conflict and battle energies are releasing globally and personally, revealing where old defense patterns still grip our nervous systems.

Anything not built for the future in a good way, outdated systems, beliefs, structures are crumbling, making room for what is emerging. 

Freedom begins reawakening in our bodies, whether through actual experience or through the acceptance + healing of old wounds that once kept them at bay. 

Woven through all of it is the holy trinity of this season: giving, receiving, and gratitude , the energetic medicine of December, inviting us to ask what we can offer, what we’re ready to let in, and what we are most grateful for as we step into 2026.

As our world moves through heartbreak and rebirth simultaneously, our task is to tend to what is alive and good within us. Nourish the flame. Give where your heart is moved. Receive where life wants to bless you. Live in gratitude for what is already here.

In this passage, Temple of Integration continues to serve as a living altar and pillar of care, offering private therapies, mentorship programs, workshops, classes, and sacred spaces to return to the soma & soul ,  to ceremony, and to one another in community. 

In The Holy Trinity of this month, ask your heart gently:

– How do I want to give?

– What am I ready to receive ?

– What am I grateful for in 2025?

May this month bless you with clarity, softness, and courage.

May we continue rising into who we are becoming.
